Paul Parker and Jim Shannon: An Evening with Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson

A new audio recording from the Sherlock Holmes Collections has been uploaded to the U Media Archive. The recording dates from May 13, 1987 of a presentation by Paul Parker and Jim Shannon for the "Spring Hill" series of presentations at the Spring Hill Conference Center in Wayzata, Minnesota on the topic "An Evening with Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson." The presentation included the showing of the Fox Movietone filmed interview from 1928 of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle which is less formal in its presentation than another recording of Doyle on the subjects of Holmes and Spiritualism. The recording runs to about 74 minutes.
